WAKE FOREST GENERAL CONTRACTOR · ARMY VETERAN-OWNED

The contractor who took a big deposit and stopped returning your calls.
The project that sat half-finished for months while your family lived around the mess.
The “finished” work that started failing a year later, and the second contractor you had to pay to fix it.
Your home is the biggest investment you’ll ever make, and it’s supposed to be the place your family feels safe. Handing it to the wrong contractor costs more than money. It costs you sleep, trust, and peace in your own home.
I started Pro 163 Construction because too many good people have been burned by contractors who cared more about the deposit than the work. So we built our company around protecting you.
Your deposit is only 5% of your project, and it counts toward your total. No huge check to someone you just met.
We bill weekly for work that’s actually done, and the final 5% isn’t due until your project is substantially complete. Your money never gets ahead of the work.
Every day we’re working on your home, you get photos and a progress update through your client portal, whether you’re at work, out of town, or at the lake.
Call our office and our office manager picks up. No voicemail black hole, and no chasing us down.
Every project includes a one-year workmanship warranty in writing, and our vetted trade partners answer to us.
NC Licensed General Contractor #101751, owned and run by an Army veteran who does what he says he’ll do.
Bryn did a fantastic job with my building/renovation projects. He responded to my initial request promptly, was prompt with my estimate, began work quickly, kept me updated with progress reports and images, and finished quickly. It was a very unique job, and it was handled wonderfully. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Great price too. Very highly recommended. Thanks so much Bryn, and Pro 163!

Best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Communication exceeded my expectations. Job was started on time as promised and finished on time as promised. Workmanship was excellent and they left my house just like they found it. I would absolutely use them again!

Can’t say enough about how communicative, efficient, caring and professional this crew was. The job ( converting a screened in porch to an all season room) was finished early and under cost estimates. They’re number 1 on my call list for upcoming projects.

Pro 163 is short for Proverbs 16:3: “Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.” (ESV)
It’s the verse I built this company on.
I’m Bryn Banks, an Army veteran, a husband, and a father. I’ve been building for this community longer than Pro 163 has existed. Back in 2010, my Eagle Scout project was a boardwalk at the Falls Lake trailhead. Fifteen years later, I’m still building for the same community.
I run Pro 163 the way I’d want someone to treat my own family’s home: honestly, carefully, and with nothing to hide. Every project we take on is a commitment, and we keep our commitments.

Picture walking into your finished space. It’s built right, it came in the way you were promised, and you never once had to wonder whether your contractor was coming back. That’s what remodeling should feel like.
