This policy explains how Pro 163 Construction, LLC (“Pro 163,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our mobile app and our website request form at pro163construction.com.

Information we collect

The app itself does not collect personal information, use analytics or advertising trackers, or track your location. When you choose to request work, you submit a form on our website, and we collect only what you enter:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The address of the property where work is requested
• Your project budget, project description, and who referred you (optional)
• Photos, videos, or other files you choose to upload

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you about your project, provide estimates, and perform work you hire us for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes your information

Form submissions are received and stored in JobTread, the project management software we use to run our business. JobTread processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by our web hosting provider. We do not share your information with other third parties except where required by law.

Phone calls and maps

The “Call the Office” button opens your phone’s dialer, and the “Our Service Area” button opens a maps app or website. Those apps and sites are operated by others and have their own privacy practices.

Retention

We keep request information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by contacting us at the email below. You can also decline to upload photos or provide optional fields.

Children

Our app and form are intended for adults requesting home construction services and are not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
